Job Details

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in their homes or at the Triangle ABA clinic
• Collect data to monitor treatment progress using software like Central Reach
• Deliver hands-on care aligned with ABA principles
• Adhere to company policies on confidentiality and safety protocols
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and colleagues
• Provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals
• Attend meetings and participate in training sessions
• Follow all mandated reporting and safety standards

Hiring Requirements

• Compassionate and dedicated individual with a strong eagerness to learn and grow
• Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
• Prior experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental delays
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with children from diverse ethnic, linguistic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Ability to remain calm, neutral, and professional in challenging situations
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to:
• Stand for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, crouch
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Current and valid CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check and reference verification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Some college coursework or a degree preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
