As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll have the chance to work closely with children with autism, making a meaningful difference in their lives. Job Details
- Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in their homes or at the Triangle ABA clinic
- Collect data to monitor treatment progress using software like Central Reach
- Deliver hands-on care aligned with ABA principles
- Adhere to company policies on confidentiality and safety protocols
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and colleagues
- Provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals
- Attend meetings and participate in training sessions
- Follow all mandated reporting and safety standards
Hiring Requirements
- Compassionate and dedicated individual with a strong eagerness to learn and grow
- Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Prior experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental delays
- Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with children from diverse ethnic, linguistic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Ability to remain calm, neutral, and professional in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to:
- Stand for extended periods
- Bend, kneel, crouch
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Current and valid CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check and reference verification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college coursework or a degree preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
