As we grow, we’re seeking our first full-time Human Resources Manager to build a robust human resources function that supports our mission-driven team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the office and requires a strong commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure high-quality output.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Transcribe meeting notes and other documents as required.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in various clerical tasks to support the overall functioning of the office.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance office efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic clerical procedures.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,862.00 - $60,000.00 per year
