- Perform psychological assessments, including cognitive, developmental, and behavioral evaluations, using standardized tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales.
- Diagnose ASD and co-occurring conditions (e.g., ADHD, anxiety disorders) based on DSM-5 criteria, integrating behavioral observations, parent/caregiver interviews, and test results.
- Collaborate with ABA Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists to develop and refine individualized treatment recommendations.
- Prepare detailed diagnostic reports, including findings, recommendations, and referrals for additional services (e.g., medication management or educational supports).
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss assessment outcomes and ensure seamless integration into ABA therapy programs.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and ethical standards.
- Provide consultation and training to ABA staff on diagnostic insights and behavioral indicators.
- Stay current with best practices in ABA diagnostics through ongoing professional development.
- Passion for working with children with autism and supporting their families.

- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in diagnostic assessments for neurodevelopmental disorders, with a focus on ASD.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting ABA-relevant diagnostic tools.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and their intersection with psychological diagnostics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible hourly schedule (typically 10-20 hours/week, with potential for more based on caseload).
